Add sugar to it and boil for 10 to 12 minutes. In a bowl add all the cut fruits and add lemon juice, cardamom powder and mix. Grease a bowl with little oil. Make a layer with sago pearls and then add fruits on top of it in this bowl. Continue this process and keep it in the refrigerator to chill. For sauce Stir and melt grated jaggery and butter in a pan. Remove it from flame and add cream to it. Give it a boil and then add vanilla essence. Remove the layered bowl from the refrigerator. Flip this on a plate. Drizzle sauce over it and garnish with sliced kiwi.
