1 capsicum
2 onions
6 finely chopped green chillies
2 tbsp oil
3 - 4 cloves chopped garlic
For corn flour slurry
2 tsp corn four
1 cup vegetable stock
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste

"METHOD"
Cut paneer into cubes.
In a bowl, put the #Paneer cubes and add corn flour.
Add salt and mix it well.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the paneer cubes in it.
Cut capsicum and onions in large pieces.
Now, separate the paneer in a plate.
Chop green chillies into fine pieces.
Heat some oil in a separate pan. Add crushed garlic, onions, capsicum and green chillies and give it a stir.
For corn flour slurry
In a bowl, add corn flour, vegetable stock and soya sauce.
Pour some ketchup, vinegar and add salt. Corn Flour slurry is ready.
Now, add fried paneer, salt and cornflour slurry to the pan. Cook it for a while.
